Panel of 5 people. One hiring manager was via speaker phone on phone, the rest were in person. They asked general behavioral questions, and technical questions. Follow "Situation" "Action" and "Result" format...they are grading you as you answer the questions.

Interview
I applied online, two weeks later I got an email from the hiring manager requesting a phone interview. The interview was scheduled three days later. The interview was a STAR approach (google it). The hiring manager sent me a email with a PDF file attached describing how the interview will be conducted. The interview process lasted for about 58 minutes. After the interview, i sent a thank you email to both inverters. I got an offer 4days later.

Interview
It was an interview at a university and it was pleasant. I was interviewed by one person primarily and another was taking notes, too. We discussed generally accepted interview questions in addition to my qualifications for the job.
After talking for a while about various requirements of the job, and after I was able to ask a few questions of my own, I was told that this was the only interview of the process and that I'd be informed of a decision within the next few weeks.
