I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Boeing
Interview
I talked with a recruiter at university career fair. I had an hour phone interview, then a group exercise a few days later. The interview questions I got during the phone interview were standard behavioral questions. In the group exercise, four potential candidates got together to try and solve a real-life problem. The group exercise is observed by two HR people and two managers who try to asess your teamwork and leadership skills.
I applied online. I interviewed at Boeing in Sep 2012
Interview
The hiring process was as simple as it can get. HR contacted me by phone asking for me available 1-hour time slot for interview. After I gave them an available time slot, they confirmed it by e-mail with description for the interview process. My interview was with two engineering managers. They asked about 6-8 behavioral interview questions. Most of them were pretty typical. And they write down key notes of your responses to those questions. They gave me about 15 minutes to ask questions about the job/company, and so on. At the end of interview, they promised to get back to me within 2 weeks, however, I got the e-mail next day notifying me that I got the offer. HR was always reachable and helpful throughout the whole process.

Question 1
I don't recall most of it, but I think one of them was "tell me about a time when you worked in diverse group of people, and how did you manage to work together."
