Bayer Project Manager interview questions

I answered a posting on a professional network, I was contacted for two phone interviews prior to being bought in for a face to face interview. The interview was mostly one-sided, I rarely got the opportunity to speak. I also got the impression that they did not know what exactly this position entailed or what they were looking for.
