Bayer Sales Representative interview questions

I interviewed for 2 positions with Bayer and was ghosted both times after the second interview. I never received a “thanks but no thanks” email or any communication from the hiring manager. Their dynamic shared ownership model seems chaotic and unorganized. I feel thankful I did not get an offer here.

It was pleasant and very straight forward. Did not feel like an interview at all. The interviewer was smiling and had a friendly demeanour. But I had another offer from another company so I had to decline.
