I submitted my application and a few weeks later was contacted by HR to set up an initial phone screening. That lasted about 30 mins. A few weeks after that, I was contacted by HR again to set up an in person interview with the leadership team in my department. Several weeks later, I received a phone call offering me the position.

My one complaint is that they didn't bother to notify me that I wasn't selected. A quick "thanks, but no thanks" email would have been much appreciated given that I had invested a decent amount of time in the process.
