I submitted my application and a few weeks later was contacted by HR to set up an initial phone screening. That lasted about 30 mins. A few weeks after that, I was contacted by HR again to set up an in person interview with the leadership team in my department. Several weeks later, I received a phone call offering me the position.

Got referred, interview was scheduled the very next day. I was asked about the resume and projects mentioned in the resume basic questions and some hr questions. Not very difficult to navigate through.

I received an invitation to interview in October 2024 and completed the interview process in November 2024. It consisted of a single round focused entirely on behavioral questions. The conversation was conducted directly with the hiring manager, and the interviewer was extremely friendly and approachable, which made the experience both insightful and enjoyable.
