I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Louisville, KY) in May 2013
Interview
Interview process is intense! Took approx. 5 weeks from start to finish with multiple interviews. Appreciated time spent in the process to make sure I was a right fit for them and that they were the right fit for me.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Aurora, CO) in Sep 2015
Interview
Store advertised a store manager opening on glassdoor. But you can't access the store manager application online. So I went in store. Current store manager, who was leaving, directed me to district manager. I send the DM my app, resume, and references. Got nothing. No response. So I contacted corporate office. FINALLY, a recruiter contacted me. She had none of my info in front of her. 17 minute interview. 17 minutes!!! Haven't heard back. Did not ask one single question about my previous experience. She was either new, or disinterested, or unprepared.

Interview
First Interview was great. I actually went through 3 interviews. First with my DM, second with someone from Home Office, Third was with the RM. My interviews went very well and it was obvious that they took the on boarding process very seriously and wanted to make sure that they have the right fit.
