Question 1
They want to make sure you understand how to work in a high pressure sales environment
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Orange, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
I was 1st pre screened by a member of HR. Once I passed that portion I went to a one on one, face to face interview with the District Manager. Was informed that at the end of the week I'd be contacted and set up with an interview with the Regional. I was then contacted the following week and met in person with the District Manager and a partner District Manager. My 4th and final interview was over the phone with a DM/acting Regional.
They really take the time to make sure it's a great fit all around. They invest in the search and the interview process.

Question 1
What's the most difficult feedback you've received from a former or current manager?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Providence, RI) in Aug 2015
Interview
Two phone interviews initially. First with HR/ recruiting, next with a second recruiter. A face to face with my now boss the district manager and another phone interview with a DM peer. All interviews were accommodating to my then current schedule and all individuals were professional. When it came to my last over the phone conversation it was definitely laid back since it was probably just protocol versus a must and the tough part was then over.
