Question 1
How do type handle projects when teams are in various time zones
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Autodesk in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview process was not aligned with what was communicated. I was told to expect live C# coding and Revit API questions, but none were asked. One interviewer had their camera off the entire time despite the interview being scheduled days in advance. After each question, both interviewers went on mute, leading to long, awkward silences. It felt unstructured and disengaged, and at times I felt like I was driving the interview myself. Overall, the interview lacked professionalism and clarity for a senior-level engineering role.

Interview
Interview was good, but the HR responds so late. They will just keep you hanging you and not update you till it is convenient for them. But the interviewer was good.
