Autodesk Customer Success Manager interview questions

Stage 1 was meeting the recruiter - went well Stage 2 was meeting the hiring manager - went well Stage 3 was a panel interview with a case study, where I was supposed to hold a ~30 min presentation. I prepared very well, and 2 days before my actual presentation, they decided to send me a different case study. Despite this, I managed to complete it and present it. Unfortunately, I got rejected. I disagreed with the feedback I received from my presentation. I didn't either have a background i customer success and I suspect they chose someone with a better experience.

Overall process consists of 3 rounds in total. All the rounds were virtual 1. Screening with recruiter 2. Competency based interview with regional head 3. Presentation on a case study with 3 more interviewers
