I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Autodesk
Interview
Contacted by a recruiter who scheduled a virtual interview with the Hiring Manager. This was after a few emails, calls, and after reviewing my resume.
Hiring Manager was the immediate supervisor for the role in question. Interview was of average length.
Recruiter was very communicative prior to the interview but not as much after. Interview outcome was sent as an automated rejection email a week later.

Question 1
How did you create a community at a previous position?
The interviewers asked fairly straightforward questions related to Project Manager tasks and some behavioral questions that are commonly asked. Overall it was a good experience, and I felt they treated the interviewees with a lot of respect.

Interview
Got an email from HR and only did a first-round phone interview. Some regular hr questions, not much surprise. Didn't move on to the next step, no feedback anymore. The whole experience is just so so I would say.
