The hiring process at Autodesk takes an average of 21 days when considering 1 user submitted interviews across all job titles. Standard technical interview process. The hiring manager had very poor soft skills, unsure if they are sexist or just incredibly rude and condescending. Came off very inexperienced. The interview itself was standard behavioural and some technical questions but nothing too deep. Despite this they made the entire interview feel like an interrogation/argument. They asked a few technical questions and it felt as though they were trying to trip me up, even made some odd leading statements that I did not fall for & and when I didn't "fall for it" they conceded I was correct but wanted to make sure. Bizarre way to test a candidates knowledge, and even outside the "traps", certain comments they made revealed they really didn't know what they were talking about themselves (I did not point this out, at this point I just wanted to get through the interview politely). Awful experience, would not recommend.
A short 1-hour call with the manager of your future team and one representative from the team. Then they will come back to you, as of my case they get back only within 1 hour.
