The hiring process at Autodesk takes an average of 21 days when considering 1 user submitted interviews across all job titles. Candidates applying for Procurement Specialist had the quickest hiring process (on average 21 days), whereas Procurement Specialist roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 21 days).
The TA went through a script (speed reading) for about 10-15 mins on the company, benefits, role, etc. How does she expect anyone to catch whatever she was saying? She was merely going through the process without bothering if the listener heard. The interview with line manager was good. I only received very positive feedback at the end of the interview and the hiring manager even told me what she liked about my profile. There were a lot of positive remarks yet I was rejected after 2 days. The rejection email did not explain why I was not selected despite all the positive feedback I received earlier.
Too many interviews and stakeholders. All the process was online. Not sure was the panel was built up. My functions were not clear and that is the reason why I did not accept the offer.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Autodesk (Dublín, Dublín) in May 2023
Interview
First contact with the recruiter (HR) 30 min screening that went well. Great experience with very quick feedback on my application. Then 1h Zoom interview with two Client Services Managers. Very informal interview that brought me out of comfort zone with standard interviews. It was more of role explanation & finding out about candidate's past experience. Didn't get an offer but It's fair! The way I explained my past experience was not convincing even for myself hahaha . A learning experience for next interview. However I am happy with the outcome as the Job sounded more on heavy call centre side with micro management working style. I loved the interview experience with two genuine Client service managers who were quite honnest about the role & working environment. It surely better suits someone else. I wish all companies could do this kind of informal interview for these kind of jobs when interviewing with experienced professionals. Standard questions never assess a qualified candidate. Kudos to Autodesk client service interview experience. HR seemed to me well organised.
