Interview
1. After applying online, I was contacted via email to invite me to choose a time slot for a "HireVue" interview. For those who don't know, HireView is a process where you answer a series of video-recorded questions with your webcam. Each answer has a time limit. I really did not like this at all and thought for sure I'd botched it, it was so uncomfortable, but I gess I passed because. 2. Zoom Interview with the HR coordinator. That went well. He explained what the job was about, asked about my own experience. Very pleasant and relaxed. 3. Zoom Interview with the manager. This person would be my boss. It went well, very thorough and informative. 4. Zoom Interview with team members. I thought it went well, everyone (3 people) was nice, professional and helpful/curious.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Autodesk (Auckland, ) in May 2020
Interview
Introduction of yourself through the email with CV, telephone interview, technical review 2 or 3 (probably some coding too), the human resource interview, checking, verification and final offer and that is the all the things that I know about
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Autodesk (Mexico, ME) in Jul 2023
Interview
First round was with the hiring manager, questions about my professional experience and provided a summary of the team Second interview was with a senior developer and a junior developer, they asked me to share my screen and they provided a link to answer some python and sql challenges, they asked me to talk about each solution while resolving the problems so while I was programming we were talking too, but at the end the feedback I received was “the candidate asked for help” I think the feedback was totally incongruous because I just talked to them because they asked me to do so, to be honest I prefer to answer my challenges in silence. An interview like this gives me the optic of how the culture is in the team, so honestly I’m glad I didn’t continue
