I have gone through 3 interviews all with good vibes and the feeling that everything was going well, or at least not bad.
Then, after the last interview, I didn't receive any feedback (nor any rejection email) and I asked for detailed feedback, assuming that I was no longer considered as a candidate, but the person I sent the email (my potential future manager) didn't reply back and it was someone from recruitment who sent me some days later a generic email rejeceting my application.
It is very weird this kind of situation because I'm investing time and energy in the process and you feel like if they really don't care about people they don't want.
A lot of room for improvement from a human perspective.

Submit CV detailing work history, experience and qualifications on application portal, followed by initial interview and then final interview. Time between application submission and on-boarding about 1 month. Human Resources communication relatively prompt. Interviewers were relevant to the job and had sufficient info to answer questions about the job.
