1st round: classical recruiter phone call, approx. 10-15 minutes. Topics: salary expectations, notice period, career expectations, motivations etc.
2st round: with HR and hiring manager. Some technical questions, but mostly hiring manager wanted to find out my motivations, career ecpectations. Questions about my former jbs, experiences.
3rd round: Cluster HR director/manager/partner and regulatory/medical director
