Anywhere Real Estate interview questions

Approached by recruiter on Linkedin, description was very fit on me, made me quite excited. Then all dark.. None said any word, I pushed recruiters I even approached recruting managers on linkedin and asked since job post was still there, they said recruiter is on vacation, delay is normal, after 2 weeks I approached to another recruiter like a new applicant, they said position is filled they are waiting new hire to begin in these days. What the hell!
