I was initially contacted by an HR person who told me briefly about the job and the expectations involved. They didn't tell me a lot about the company upfront and I found myself having to ask general questions about the company that HR people usually proactively tell you. My second interview was with the head of UX who was generally casual and laid-back. My third interview was with the UX team, which had the same kind of casual/laid-back vibe as the second interview. While I generally appreciate a non-corporate and casual approach to interviewing, the communication with me between interviews took a long time, and I was ultimately ghosted in the end. Had they at least followed up with me after the third interview with a status ("Yes", "No", "the role was put on hold", "we're still looking at other candidates", ETC), I would have referred people to interview with the company because I liked the UX team a lot. But because I got ghosted, my advice is don't waste your time.
