The recruiter reached out. explained the role and sent over the off-line assignment. 1) one data set to present insights in PPT. 2) Power BI visualization test. Did not get enough time to get to the Power BI part, only submitted the PPT. Thought I would not be shortlisted for further rounds of the interview. But to my surprise, I was shortlisted for the next round. the second round was the one where the manager wanted to know more about my experience she said she liked my presentation that is the reason why I was shortlisted for the next round. And after this, as it goes without saying, I was ghosted.
