I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev in Jan 2020
Interview
Smooth as it was referral. Not much to write about. But candidates must go through the 10 principles of ABI. This will definitely be asked at some level during Hiring Process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Bengaluru) in Nov 2020
Interview
Interviewed for Principal Analyst – Reporting
Round 1 - Was taken by Senior Manager working out of New York office . The interview went well and the interviewer was extremely professional and cordial
Round 2 - Interviewed by a Product Manager working out of Bangalore office. Extremely unprofessional and rude in the approach towards the interview. The interviewer was focusing more on knowledge and jargons than focusing on actual approach . The interview was more like a guessing game - " I am thinking of a word ... can you guess that word ? " .
After all of this the HRs do not inform you about anything and you need to keep following up.
Suggestion to the management would be to focus on grooming your interviewers and teach professionalism process of conducting interviews
