I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Shanghái, Shanghai) in Nov 2015
Interview
The process of global management trainee is exactly what was said in posts by other users. I passed a few online easy tests about verbal, numerical and personality then moved on to an individual case interview. In this round I had 40 minutes of reading and preparing for a case of picking 2 best potential beers out of 6 options of a beer company then presented for 10 minutes to assessors about my choice. The interview was conducted through skype. I passed this round and about to join another one called Business Game. After this round, candidates will fly to Shanghai for the final interview with management board of the company. This is as far as I know.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev in Oct 2015
Interview
First was the case interview followed by the behavioral interview. The case interview is the same idea each year, which is picking beers to add to your portfolio. The main idea is to meet as many goals as possible, with the revenue growth and profit margin growth the most important goals. Next was the behavioral interview. All easy questions except I was interviewed by people that work in the brewery, so they kept asking me questions about the crafting process, which I didn't know anything about. So I didn't get past the behavioral interview.
