I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev
Interview
Long process. Regular strengths-based interviews. Business case is ok, not very hard. The assessment day in Leuven is very intense but it is actually quite nice. Different activities: 1 to 1 interview, business game in groups, other group activities.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Bengaluru) in Jan 2016
Interview
We had 3 rounds of Initial process - Resume shortlisting, Aptitude test, Psychometry test.
After these 3 rounds they did not bother contacting us. So no interview or any other rounds were taken. Very disheartened as I had prepared for months went through all the interviews and processes on Glassdoor, followed them on Linkdin and Youtube to keep upto date with their news, went through an umpteen number of the CEO's interviews and all for naught.

The first round is a live business case. They give you a packet of information and tell you that you have 30 minutes to review it and prepare a short 'presentation' to the 'CEO' of your company. The case itself isn't that bad, but the time constraint makes it hard. I would definitely recommend moving through the information quickly because the time sneaks up on you and you need a couple minutes at the end to make sure you have something relatively put together.
