The interview was really smooth with a really comforting staff that made you feel like family from the moment you set foot into the organization. The whole process was also really organized and done in a rather timely manner. The questions were also short and straight to the point.

Very interactive interview process and hands-on based on first principles. There is a lot to learn even for those that don't make it through. A prospective engineer is required to know the project requirements through to planning down the last detail of implementation. Initially, there was a Bootcamp process especially in the early days and I believe this gave the best experience and built a solid team right from the start helping teams to quickly plugin when they started actual work beyond the bootcamp.
