Andela Manager interview questions

Very unprofessional and strange interview process. After three rounds of video interviews - the first carried out through chat, the second just bizarre and the third one hour late and tried to blame me for it, I left with conflicting ideas of what the job was and whom they were looking for. Each interviewer seemed to have a varying idea of what they were looking for. Never got a response or rejection even after three rounds - plain ghosted.
