The interview process is quite direct and objective. I just had a quick chat with HR and they sent me a test.
It consisted of two theoretical tests and one practical test. The practical test was problematic. They put some test cases in, but if your code passes the test, it does not mean your code works well because they have "hidden" tests, which do not make sense at all. I think that's a very unrealistic scenario.
Plus, on the test result, they don't give any feedback or at least say where you were wrong. I had to open a support ticket to ask for feedback.
