Andela Software Developer interview questions

It was quite challenging. I was first sent 2 home challenges and after I succeded I was invited for an interview on sight where my soft and tech skills were tested after which I qualified for a 2 weeks rigorous training before actually Joining Andela. It was quite an experience - rigorous yet rewarding

It was brief and straightforward, they asked about my work experience and asked me to give information about myself. I was also asked about how I was going to add value and what my vision was and where I saw myself in ten years.
