The interview involved 4 rounds of interviews. The first round is a screener, the second round involved a case study and presentation, the third round involved culture fit, and the final round was about helping the company.
The first 3 rounds went well and it seemed like each person did their part in preparing questions and knew what they were looking for in the candidate.
The last round seemed like they did not prepare and did not know what they were looking for. It was very transactional and they asked questions that were not related to the job or needs at one point in the final round.
At the end of the process they scheduled a quick meeting to discuss the results. which was a bit misleading since they did not clearly outline the outcome on the email response and did not make the final meeting optional. It just seems like the entire process fell apart because one part of the interviewer was not prepared like the others.
