Andela Lead AI/ML Engineer interview questions

The interview process started with a short chat with the recruiter. It was followed by a technical assessment, which took ~1 hour to complete and was fairly easy. The last part was an online interview with a recruiter, which also took about 1 hour. The questions seemed easy. I was rejected because the role was not particularly suitable for my experience, but the interview should be smooth for someone with the relevant expertise. The recruiters were nice and professional. However, I did not get much feedback from them, and the interview felt a bit impersonal. It also focused too much on knowledge-based questions about particular technologies as opposed to problem-solving questions.
