Andela Fellow interview questions

I received an email 3 days before,I arrived 30 minutes early reported to the reception and waited for my time . When my time reached,I was taken in and I faced a panel of two people, they asked a few personal questions. The nice and friendly and after they told me they would get back to me in a weeks time.

The hiring process was a bit long and initially I didnt feel confident in the quality of the process because it was open book. However the boot camp and the later interviews reassured my faith in their choices for the top competitors
