Andela Developer interview questions

It is thorough involving series of tests, first week you get to work on online coding and writing challenges. If you complete them you get in person interview which determines if you selected for second week. Second week you get to work in team to solve challenges if you qualify for second week you go for campus bootcamp. Bootcamp involves daily challenges within team and individual setup for a week which culminates to presentation of project presentation and final selection process. This is basically the process but it keeps evolving overtime
