Actually surprising smooth for such a large organization. The HR Coordinator reached out for a phone interview, she told me I'd find out if I'd move on with in 2 weeks, I found out within 2 weeks. Had the in-person with the direct manager and same thing, found out within the time frame they said. Had one more panel interview to determine fit and received an offer by the end of that week. Total time from application to offer: about 6 weeks
