I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Red Cross (Cleveland, OH) in Apr 2015
Interview
Both of my interviews were over the phone. The supervisor who interviewed me is no longer with the organization, but put me at ease right away. The interview felt less intense than some other interviews that I have had, and allowed me to speak to my strong points.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Red Cross (Pomona, CA) in Nov 2015

Very basic questions that can be easily prepped for. There wasn't any surprising questions or anything that I felt unprepared for. If you weren't prepared you could easily make up an answer

Question 1
Can you describe a challenging time with a co-worker and how you overcame that?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at American Red Cross (Palm Desert, CA) in Apr 2019
Interview
Was interviewed three times. First two times with written questions and then a telephone interview with the regional HR person. The HR person stated to me that she thought I was over qualified and that I would get bored. I countered that I was seeking to enter the field and then rise in the organization. There was an issue with my age (68). Overall I was not able to over-come their objections.
