American Red Cross interview questions

The director and Chief Collections Officers interview each candidate. Questions came from the book FYI and were well thought out for the role. Both interviews were virtual. Process to hear back about hire took about a month.

I applied for several Disaster Program Manager and Specialist positions across the USA. The process for each took 2-3 months until I made it to final interviews (for several). Each position required a phone screening interview and then 2-4 subsequent interviews with hiring managers, executives and teams. Most interviewers were friendly and sessions lasted 40-60 minutes via Skype video calls from various locations.
