Interview
Lengthy, Zero Feedback - The entire process took over 8 weeks. I applied and was quickly given a phone interview. It went great. A few days later I had an hour long in person interview. Again, it went great. I was introduced to the entire team at this point. After a couple weeks with no communication I was asked to do a final phone interview with a regional manager. It was terrible. There weren't many insightful questions asked and it lasted less than 25 minutes. After this, I heard nothing again for 2-3 weeks. I was finally called and asked to do a full-day ride along. I accepted. The ride along went ok, but the employee did make sure to tell me MANY negatives about the job and the management team. At this point, it was clear the team was fractured. After my ride along I heard nothing for 2+ weeks. At 1 am one night I received a 2 paragraph form letter telling me I didn't get the job. I reached out to all three people I interviewed with asking for some professional feedback about my interview. I did not receive a single call. Moral of the story - don't waste you time - seriously.

Question 1
There was a form she had with 2 different options for questions under each category - they were awkward but she said it was a new process.

Interview
Had phone interview; scheduled for in-person about a week later. Very friendly and easy-going staff! The interview process was easy and I really enjoyed talking to them! I would recommend reading up on ARC and doing background on the company!

Interview
First was the phone screen by a recruiter a few days after I applied. Second was an in person interview at the branch with the manager. Third was where I had the worst experience. The recruiter told me to prepare a presentation over anything for the third interview. I spent a few days perfecting this presentation and according to the manager her and the entire team would be there. I showed up and it was her the manager and one other coworker. After asking me a few questions, they pretty much acted like it was over. Confused because I spent days on the presentation I was like am I going to give this presentation? She said it was optional and she knew the recruiter was having us do these but we didn’t have to. If that was the case, I should of been told that before spending so much time on it. Also, after 3 interviews and being a finalist you should get a call if you’re not picked. I had to send multiple emails to the recruiter to even get an answer. I definitely dodged a bullet with this one
