Amazon Senior Customer Service Representative interview questions

First they sent me a screening exercise that required me to answer a series of questions based on a simulated work situation. After I passed the exercise, an interview loop was set up. There was a 4 person loop, each person from a different department. All questions were behavioural questions.

Although I did not end up getting the job, Amazon was quick and efficient throughout the interview process. I would highly suggest studying up before each round! By my 3rd and final round, they did go with another candidate.
