Interview
very rigorous, need to prepare extensively for examples and situations. they will ask you about their leadership principles. have a scenario for each one. prepare 2 if need be. Also, they might ask you your compensation expectations from the get go. be prepared.
Initial online screening test followed by 1 phone interview (only the name is phone interview, it as on Zoom with the camera on). If you pass the phone interview, there are 5 following interviews in the loop.
