I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon in Feb 2022
Interview
3 step process. Assessment, in depth phone interview, 5 different hourlong interviews with multiple amazonians. They ask behavioral based questions only. Everyone was very friendly and made me comfortable. They require a lot of detail so go in depth on your examples.

Asked behavioral questions revolving around leadership principles.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Amazon (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2021
Interview
Interview is structured and somewhat systematic. The interviewers themselves are very professional and generally pretty friendly. It is clear that the entire loop is planned well in advance as each interviewer probes you on specific, individual traits, and no same question is asked twice. Need to be prepared with a proper elevator speech as well as detailed examples of work experiences.

Question 1
Run me through your resume, when you had to make a sacrifice, something you're proud of, when you had to resolve a conflict. Fairly standard situational questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Apr 2021
Interview
I was reached out to on LinkedIn and after taking an assessment was set up with a 4 hour interview where I would be interviewed by 4 different individuals for around 45 minutes each. Overall, the interviews went well, but they do ask some example questions on strategy about what you would do in that situation. In every final Amazon interview like this they have what they call the "Bar Raiser" that is an objective third party to help during the interview process.
