Phone interview, then a full, 8hour day of virtual video interviews. Four separate meetings with 4 employees and they ask you questions off of a list with no indication that they understood Your responses. You leave the meeting not having any clue how you would do or if you’d ever hear back, let alone when. The follow up process was pretty terrible. I was told I didn’t get it, but I was being considered for a different opening, then never got any further responses to my my inquiries. Never heard back from them again.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
These interviews were intensive and irrelevant, they're full of themselves and every interviewer was only there for six or seven months. The questions asked were negative and weird. I wouldn't recommend at all.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Arlington, VA) in Mar 2022
Interview
Online assessment (about 45 -60 min). One day later the recruiter contacted me to let me know they’d like to schedule a one hour phone interview. After that I had to do an online panel interview. It lasted 4 hours with two interviewers per hour.
Overall the process was great.

Do not try to cheat. Do not lie about your case examples. They WILL know because they dig deep into your answers. Be ready, use data to support your answers.
