Interview
Recruiter contacts you for a phone interview
Phone interviewer was the Site lead
It was 15-20 minutes in length. Individual seemed distracted and rushed
the questions I was asked:
-Tell me about the biggest risk you took that failed
-Tell me about a time you hired someone you thought would be successful and wasn't
-Tell me about a time you challenged a process that was working
Overall, I found the phone interview to be odd. I don't feel like the questions asked allowed for a good representation of my successes or what I have done but hopefully me sharing what was asked can help someone better prepare for these questions as I was more prepared for some of the others on this site.
Will update if I receive information about moving to the next round of interviews.
