Amazon Operations Manager interview questions

I've been contacted from an HR, then I got my first interview that was on their own platform. I met three managers in three different stages of interview. The reason I didn't appreciate their policy is that for the first time in my life I didn't pass an interview, I asked a feedback from the HR, to improve for the next interview, but they don't give feedbacks fro Company Policy
