I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon in Sep 2022
Interview
I found the position on LinkedIn and applied through Amazon Jobs. After submitting my application, I received an automated email notification the following day to take an Online Work Simulation Assessment and Work Styles Questionnaire, which would be reviewed by the hiring manager. Upon review of my assessment scores, I was contacted via email by a recruiter inviting me to the next round of phone screens. I had two 60-minute behavioral interviews over Amazon Chime with another team member in a similar role and the hiring manager. Within two business days following my second phone screen, I received an invitation to the final round of interviews (Amazon Loop), which consisted of five 60-minute virtual interviews split over two consecutive days. Each Loop interview was behavioral-based and focused on the Amazon Leadership Principles most relevant to the role (as identified by the hiring manager). Each interviewer asked anywhere from 2-5 different behavioral questions, followed by several follow-up questions.

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Milán) in Mar 2022
Interview
I had six 45min interviews all based on open questions on the leadership principles. The first interview was with the former role holder while the last 5 took place in the same day in a loop. All the interviews looked alike and, despite being tough, with some preparation, it is feasible to get an offer.
