I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
It was an extensive process with multiple rounds with an initial contact, work simulation test, 60 minute interview, and the “loop” interview process with multiple interviewers. Expert tip: definitely live by the STAR method.

Question 1
I was asked about specific numbers regarding my experience as well as other behavioral/industry knowledge questions.
10 people strung out over two weeks. HR confirmed decision date via telephone, and the date came and went. I reached out and again, Ull know tomorrow. Then, a week later an email shows up in my inbox, but with the wrong name. Unprofessional.

Question 1
The company asks convoluted and formulaic questions, over and over.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Spoke with multiple recruiters, then a phone interview with someone in the same role in a different department -- was very casual.
I did a dual interview for two roles simultaneously with a few interviewers specific to a role but most seeming generic. Interviewers were very stonefaced and asked tough questions with plenty of follow-ups.
Was not allowed to use the restroom without a "chaperone" waiting at the door which was strange.

Question 1
Most interviews were not specific to the role, a few were general brain teasers (what would you do if supply was unevenly distributed across logistics centers), how would you decide when to spend ad money.
