Amazon Senior Marketing-Manager interview questions

Very structured and you get a lot of information for prep. Study the Amazon Leadership principles and the STAR method for responses. The experience is well organized and of you go in for an interview you met 3 to 4 people.

Had 2 functional rounds followed by 4 different rounds on leadership principles. Each round was close to an hour and the questions were situation based. I was asked to describe a situation from my previous or current work experience to demonstrate the leadership principle
