Got told I was shortlisted for an interview, waited two weeks to hear from recruiting team for the scheduling of the interview, received an email asking to schedule an interview, then got a "recall interview" email 10 mins after being ASKED to interview.

For a company that requires answers from candidates in the “Amazon” way, the hiring manager was unclear and unorganized during the interview. Also had a hard time comprehending roles from different industries that have very transferable skills.
