A lot of behavioural questions such as what would you do in such and such situation and a lot of questions about what you did before (your previous work experience). The interviewers are very nice and friendly. It's very easy to tell who's the bar-raiser as their attitude will be clearly different than all the others.

Question 1
How do you scale up a local business to a national and international business
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2012
Interview
Interviewed with 6 or 7 people, each lasted about an hour. The primary type of question was 'Tell me about a time when...." and it covered several different scenarios such as when I had to make an unpopular decision, had a disagreement with a coworker, had to propose an innovative idea, etc. Then, they dive deeper depending on your answer.
I really enjoyed everyone I met and had a great visit.
