I applied in-person. I interviewed at Alorica (Greenville, SC) in Jul 2013
Interview
For the interview process I was there for 6 hours while they interviewed several people. You have to complete an assessment test, which is totally irrelevant to the position. Then I talked with the recruiter. He was pleasant. Then I had to interview with 2 supervisors who asked all of the same questions. Then back to the recruiter to find out if you passed the assessment, then you find out if you got the job.

Can take 1 to 2 hrs to complete. New changes to this process are nice. You will know if you have the job or not when you walk out the door.overall was nice. Team was professional and all are hard working. Very pleased with my interview. They offer water for your wait and are Very helpful and knowledgeable. I would give the recruiting team 5 stars for how they did. The lobby is clean and nice, a little outdated but nice. I liked the couch That was comfy. The tech test is easy and the online test was easy. So overall it was really good. I took the job.
