Allstate interview questions

Bad overall interview, the interviewer wasted 10 minutes trying to find better headphones so it can cancel the noise from the background/environment. Where instead the interviewer could have sat at a better place to do the interview, that is if they actually care about considering new candidates for the role. Terrible overall experience and the interviewers where barely prepared.

there were 5 rounds, 1 telephonic screening to get to know about profile,2 tech about job roles and requirements and 1 Director round face to face and followed by HR round.
