Allstate interview questions

3 interviews back to back where they asked technical skills. The interview was very nice because you will meet one of the more senior co-workers along with the hiring manager and director.

The interview is STAR based. The questions weren’t relevant to the position. I was interviewed by two recruiters and they both asked questions. I left the interview feeling as if I failed. I wish they would have asked more questions related to my skills and experience.
