Allstate interview questions

Simple and straight forward. Had a phone call first, then came for the in-person interview which consisted of three rounds. First round was manager, followed by technical approach and last round was a mix of technical and more details about the position.

Worst management I have ever seen. They called us for interview at 11 and start process at 3.30 pm. Then there was one technical test and Interview. After that Hr not gave us any feedback. Just tell us to leave. Very time consuming process. And Hr have different level of attitude. He doesn't have value of time of others. Change your management team ASAP. It seems like they only took interviews for fun. Don't go and waste your time.
