Allstate interview questions

The interview consisted of behavior Interview questions and in the spot sales role play. The role play was very open with no constraints to what you could come up with during the session.

At first it went smooth, but as the interview progressed, I can see the person who interviewing me has no idea about management or sales. At the end of the interview, I felt a lot of important questions were not asked or answered.
